Equipment purchased through internal funds
valued at $1,000.00 or greater, becomes the sole property of the
Martin County School District.
The principal/director shall notify the Property Management Specialist
when they receive equipment purchased through internal funds (Form
330), which must be marked and accounted for as set forth in Chapter
274, Florida Statutes, in compliance with Chapter 10.400 of the
Rules of the Auditor General.
All pertinent information regarding the acquisition of all equipment
purchased through internal funds at a cost of $1,000.00 or more
must be reported on Form #330 and forward to the Property Management
Specialist. Include the number of the internal funds check and
attach a copy of the invoice to the form.
