The following procedure has been established for stolen or damaged
equipment:
The Stolen or Damaged Equipment Form (Form #331) is to be completed
whenever equipment is stolen; this form is also to be used for
damaged equipment.
The three- (3) part form is to be completed in detail and signed
by the principal or department supervisor; a police report MUST
accompany the form.
Send the paper work to Property Management Specialist.
Property Management Specialist will add stolen property on the
next School Board agenda item on the surplus property list.
